Evans Supervisor Mary Hosler, on her Facebook page claims that the solar tax isn’t a money grab.

If P.I.L.O.T. (Payments In Lieu Of Taxes) were negotiated with property owners, it would be a fair way of dealing with the issue.

However, Mary Hosler, as stated at multiple public meetings, wants a 100% P.I.L.O.T. This IS a money grab!
